‘You Would Probably Get Really Upset’; Sarah Sanders Embarrasses Jim Acosta For Whining [WATCH]

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders absolutely embarrassed CNN White House Correspondent Jim Acosta on Friday, joking that she knows he’ll start whining if he didn’t get an extra question.

As reported by The Daily Caller, Acosta followed suit and began by asking Sanders about former FBI Director James Comey’s new book.

When Acosta tried to questioning why President Donald Trump was attacking Comey’s credibility, Sanders fired off several quotes from leaders in the Democratic Party, who literally said they same thing as Trump about Comey.

After attempting to move on, Acosta continued to whine and beg for another question.

“Sarah, if I could just ask a second follow-up question…”

“Well because it’s Friday,” Sanders said, laughing. “And you’d probably get really upset, not only that, if I didn’t.”

Several in the room can be heard bursting into laughter following Sanders remark, with many well aware of Acosta’s antics.

Here’s how social media users reacted to Sanders slapping down Acosta:

Acosta was one of the few reporters on Friday who attempted to defend claims Comey made in his book, which is ironically titled, “A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership.”

The book is largely filled with unverified salacious claims and tabloid gossip — the exact opposite of what a loyal person would write.

In one passage, Comey even attacks Trump’s physical appearance, saying he’s “orange” with “white half-moons” under his eyes. Comey also said Trump had small hands, using that as a way to further attack the president’s personal appearance.

Despite all of that, Acosta tried to use Comey’s book as ammunition against Trump and the White House.

Sanders not only eviscerated Comey for being a “political hack,” she completely embarrassed Acosta for whining.
