Fox News host Tucker Carlson went scorched earth this week and revealed Chelsea Clinton’s link to the bombshell college admission scandal.
During a segment Wednesday on “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” the host began discussing the scandal, which essentially involved wealthy people and celebrities paying bribes in order to get their kids into top schools.
The federal investigation, which was called “Operation Varsity Blues,” found that parents were spending thousands upon thousands of dollars to cheat their kids into prestigious colleges and universities.
Actresses such as Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman were busted for paying Edge College & Career Network to take the ACT or SAT at a private test center, where answers were provided or corrected.
But as Carlson pointed out, this college scandal doesn’t “even touch the greatest scandal of all.”
“And that’s how the mediocre children of the politically powerful on both sides take top spots at top schools without even resorting to bribery. They get it for free. They are just awarded them for the achievement of being born,” Carlson began.
“That’s how Chelsea Clinton wound up at Stanford and Oxford … And then making documentary films nobody ever watched. All without having a single original thought ever in her life,” he added.
Like the kids caught up in the recent college admissions scandal, Chelsea Clinton was also accepted into top schools, seemingly for no reason at all other than the fact that she was born rich and her parents, Bill and Hillary Clinton, served in high levels of the U.S. government.
As detailed by ILMF’s Collin Rugg, Chelsea Clinton isn’t the only former First Daughter linked to this college admission scandal.
Along with the two actresses, 50 others were also indicted for being involved with the scheme, one of them being a former Georgetown University tennis coach who was the instructor for former First Lady Michelle Obama and her two daughters.
The Tennis coach, Gordon Ernst, was formerly employed at Georgetown as the men’s and women’s head tennis coach at Georgetown.
According to the unsealed indictment, between 2012 and 2018, during which time Ernst was the head coach of men’s and women’s tennis at Georgetown University, he received bribes totaling more than $2.7 million, which was falsely labelled as ‘consulting.’
In exchange for the payoffs, Ernst allegedly designated at least a dozen applicants as recruits for the Georgetown tennis team, including some who did not play competitively, in order to help them get into the university.
How insane is that?
Both the Obamas and Clintons have a connected to what might arguably be the most egregious college admissions scandal in modern history.
The Obamas have a connection to a top tennis consultant, who was named in the indictment for taking bribes and helping get students into colleges.
And Chelsea Clinton, as Carlson argued, was born rich and has two powerful parents, which gave her access to top schools, jobs, and opportunities that most will never get.
Corrupt folks always stick together!
