WOW: Tomi Lahren Comes Out Of NOWHERE To Blast Alabama ‘Heartbeat Bill’

Fox Nation’s Tomi Lahren surprised many this week and blasted Alabama’s “heartbeat bill” for being “too restrictive.”

Lahren took to Twitter on Thursday and voiced her opposition to the pro-life bill, which restricts nearly all abortions, including in cases of rape and incest.

“I will be attacked by fellow conservatives for saying this but so be it, this Alabama abortion ban is too restrictive. It doesn’t save life, it simply forces women into more dangerous methods, other states or countries. You don’t encourage life via blanket government mandate!” she wrote.

After some Twitters users responded with criticism, Lahren doubled down by replying to a tweet from someone who attacked her stance as “anti-Christian, anti-family, and anti-freedom.”

“If you think banning abortion with no exception for rape or incest will stop women from terminating pregnancy, you’re not being honest with yourself. P.S. you’re not God so don’t you dare evaluate my Christian faith based on your moral superiority complex,” Lahren wrote.

On Wednesday, Alabama’s legislature passed a bill that would make performing an abortion a felony at any stage of pregnancy with almost no exceptions. All The Top Trump News WITHOUT The Liberal Censorship

This is arguably the strongest pro-life bill in the country, and liberals are not happy about it.

As expected, it did not take long for several Democratic presidential candidates to freak out and go nuts over the anti-abortion bill:

“This is an outrage and it’s nothing short of an attack on women’s basic human rights and civil rights and it’s something that women of America are going to have to fight against with everything they’ve got,” New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand said Wednesday on MSNBC.

Former Vice President Joe Biden tweeted, “Republicans in AL, FL, GA, and OH are ushering in laws that clearly violate Roe v Wade and they should be declared unconstitutional. Roe v Wade is settled law and should not be overturned.”

Campaigning in New Hampshire on Wednesday, California Sen. Kamala Harris said of the Alabama abortion law: “This will not stand.”

In Alabama and other conservative states, anti-abortion politicians and activists emboldened by the addition of conservative justices to the U.S. Supreme Court hope to ignite legal fights and eventually overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, putting an end to the right to abortion.

The report continued:

The U.S. Constitution does not specifically address abortion. But abortion-rights activists argue the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, as cited by the Supreme Court in the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, includes a “right to privacy” that allows women to decide whether to have an abortion.

The bill was passed with a vote of 25-6, along party lines, and was signed by Gov. Ivey later on Wednesday.

This is arguably the strongest anti-abortion, pro-life bill in the country.
