Actress Roseanne Barr is one of the most Pro-Trump celebrities in America, and she’s not shy about showing her support for the president.
During an interview Monday on NBC’s “The Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon, Barr was discussing her new show, Roseanne, and the massive ratings it continues to generate.
After congratulating her on the show’s historic viewership, Fallon said some “aren’t so happy” that she is a staunch supporter of President Donald Trump.
As noted by Mediaite, Barr had one heck of a response:
“Oh yeah, people are mad about that. But, you know, I don’t give a f**k.”
“Everybody had to choose for themselves according to their own conscience who they thought was the lesser of two evils. You know, everybody chose that. So, I’m not gonna put anybody down who didn’t vote like me. This is America. It’s a free country. And, you know, when you weigh it all together, you know, I think — I just felt like we needed a whole new thing, all the way, bottom to top.”
The audience erupted into laughter and applause with her strong defense on Trump.
Barr hasn’t been shy about her support for Trump, and she has made it clear to other liberal hosts that she wasn’t going to apologize for voting for the president.
In March, Barr slammed host Jimmy Kimmel on his late night show after he suggested she has become a different person because she supports Trump.
“I’m still the same! You all moved. You all went so f***ing far out, you lost everything,” she fired back.
Both interviews were great, and it shows that Barr is challenging the Hollywood culture of hating Trump. She’s proud to support the president, and she will speak her mind to any liberal who wants to criticize her for it.
This is why America loves Roseanne!
