During an interview on Friday with MSNBC, political hack and former CIA Chief John Brennan had a meltdown on live air over the President’s decision to order the declassification of documents related to the origins of the Russia probe.
“This is a very very serious and outrageous move on the part of Mr. Trump once again trampling upon the statutory authorities of the director of national intelligence and the heads of the independent intelligence agencies,” the former CIA Chief said on MSNBC.
“I know that my former colleagues in the intelligence agencies are looking upon this with great concern and worry,” he added.
If Brennan and his colleagues did nothing wrong, why would they be worrying about what Attorney General Barr may release. If Brennan is so confident that he is a man of honor and integrity, why is worried?
Brennan continued. “Again I implore others to stand up to this uh, I think unprecedented acts on the part of Mr. Trump”
“But I am deeply deeply concerned about what is going on right now,” he said towards the end of the interview.
The former CIA Chief should be worried. The more we find out, the more it seems that Brennan along with other heads in the intelligence agencies tried to rig an election against President Trump.
On Thursday evening, President Trump released a statement ordering the declassification of documents related to the spying on his campaign that took place during the 2016 election.
“Today, at the request and recommendation of the Attorney General of the United States, President Donald J. Trump directed the intelligence community to quickly and fully cooperate with the Attorney General’s investigation into surveillance activities during the 2016 Presidential election,” the President said in a tweet. “The Attorney General has also been delegated full and complete authority to declassify information pertaining to this investigation, in accordance with the long-established standards for handling classified information. Today’s action will help ensure that all Americans learn the truth about the events that occurred, and the actions that were taken, during the last Presidential election and will restore confidence in our public institutions.”
The President has been making sure to slam the former CIA Chief on Twitter.
“John Brennan on the Mueller probe, “I don’t know if I received bad information, but I THINK I SUSPECTED THAT THERE WAS MORE THAN THERE ACTUALLY WAS.” Wow, he admits he was wrong! Congress should go back to work on drug prices etc,” the President tweeted.
Brennan then responded and made the outlandish comment, stating that the Mueller report, which clearly stated there was no evidence of collusion, actually proved that there WAS collusion.
“I subsequently learned from the Mueller report that there was a lot more evidence of collusion and obstruction of justice than was indicated in the misleading & highly politicized Barr memo. Your obvious fear of Congressional action is warranted & your dishonesty is appalling,” Brennan said.
