WATCH: Brian Williams, Guests Take Turns Hilariously Mocking Pelosi, Schumer Response Video

The bizarre, awkward, and visually low-energy address on Tuesday night from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has been brutally mocked by just about everyone.

During a segment Tuesday night on MSNBC, host Brian Williams and two of his guests took turns hilariously mocking the Democrats awkwardly sharing one podium to deliver a response to President Donald Trump’s address from the Oval Office.

Do you think Trump cut foreign aid to countries who send migrants?

While discussing the weird Pelosi/Schumer address, Williams, Democrat operative James Carville, and former RNC chair Michael Steele could not stop laughing and shredding them.

Williams flat out called the response “so bad” and Carville said he’s looked more excited for “colonoscopies” than Schumer looked at that podium.

“Tell me why responses are so bad,” Williams said to Carville. “Tonight, this Chuck and Nancy visual tonight launched 1,000 memes while they were still talking. There was an American gothic meme. There was ‘your mother and I are very upset you stayed out so late’ meme.”

Carville said it was clear Schumer and Pelosi didn’t want to be there.

Who would win a 2020 matchup – Trump or Warren?

“He didn’t want to be there,” Carville said, referring to Schumer. “I’ve been more excited about colonoscopies than he was giving the speech tonight. He didn’t want to be there.”

Williams then brought Steele in on the fun.

“Hey, Michael, the first thing people said on social media tonight was, it looked like the Democrats only had the one podium. These two people, both of great station and accomplishment, are sharing this little tiny, modest, wooden podium,” Williams said to Steele.

“Dems, don’t do that again,” Steele said, laughing. “You know, you don’t — I don’t know what they were trying to accomplish here. Certainly, the message was lost in the visual.”

POLL: Who do you blame for the Government shutdown – Trump or the Democrats?

Watch below:

During the awkward and visually comical rebuttal speech, Pelosi and Schumer did an awful job trying to convince Americans that Trump was “morally” wrong to want tougher immigration laws and a wall to secure the southern border.

Should the DOJ open a special counsel to investigate Robert Mueller?

Pelosi and Schumer delivered a speech filled with anger that likely did not resonate with many Americans who want border security and support tough immigration laws.

“The fact is: the women and children at the border are not a security threat, they are a humanitarian challenge — a challenge that President Trump’s own cruel and counterproductive policies have only deepened,” Pelosi said, playing up the theatrics for the cameras.

“And the fact is: President Trump must stop holding the American people hostage, must stop manufacturing a crisis and must reopen the government,” she added.

Schumer had a similar message.

“Most presidents have used Oval Office addresses for noble purposes. This president just used the backdrop of the Oval Office to manufacture a crisis, stoke fear, and divert attention from the turmoil in his administration,” he said.
