TOO LATE! New Report Claims Obama Told Biden’s Staffers Not to Let Him “Embarrass Himself”

Telling people close to gaffe-machine Joe Biden to watch him so he doesn’t say anything silly is a fool’s errand.

It’s going to happen and on **multiple** occasions, as we’ve already seen.

What’s funny is those words allegedly came from Barack Obama, himself.

Go figure.

From The Week:

Despite his watchful eye, Obama has been wary of Biden seeking the nomination. At one point before Biden entered the race, Obama reportedly said: “You don’t have to do this, Joe, you really don’t.” Biden, who benched himself during the 2016 election, responded by saying he couldn’t miss another shot to beat President Trump.

Obama is also worried that Joe’s 2020 bid will ruin his legacy, via New York Post:

Former President Barack Obama tried to talk Joe Biden out of jumping into the race for the Democratic presidential nomination — and fears his veep could “damage his legacy” with his White House bid, according to a report.

“You don’t have to do this, Joe, you really don’t,” the former president told Biden before the front-runner entered the race, insiders told the New York Times.

Biden has no clue what’s going on – AT ALL.

URGENT POLL: Does Trump have your vote in 2020?

WATCH:

Biden has no clue whatsoever that Thomas Jefferson was a United States President.

Biden names our country’s THIRD PRESIDENT Thomas Jefferson, as his favorite “non presidential” political figure🥴

Says he’s the guy who wrote (but didn’t live by) that “incredible document”

Biden is asked to name his favorite historical figure who was not a president.

He names Jefferson and Kennedy anyway.

If Joe Biden was a Republican the media would be dedicating round-the-clock news coverage focused on his mental health

All 3 of these examples are from today

Come on, man. At some point, even Democrats have to say enough is enough with this guy.

VOTER POLL: Do You Support Trump’s NATIONAL EMERGENCY To Build The Wall?

Right?

Of all the silly things Joe has said over the decades, he continually manages to top himself.

On Thursday, the former vice president claimed the economy is collapsing with Donald Trump in the White House.

No, this isn’t “The Babylon Bee.” He was serious.

While speaking to reporters, here’s what Biden said…

From CNS News:

“Look, this is three years later. The world has changed. President Trump has turned it upside down internationally. He has turned it upside down economically. People are hurting badly. There’s no response. We faced a different problem ten years ago when the economy collapsed because of Republican policies.

“Now we face a problem that the economy, as well as the soul of this country, is collapsing because of this presidency.”

“So, it’s a different problem, but with the same basic principle.”

If Biden thinks he’ll become president – or even earn the Democrat nomination – by running on Obama’s record, he’s sorely mistaken.

Dems want someone who is even further to the left of Barry.

Biden must believe that Americans love Obamacare, which is why he said he’ll bring back the individual mandate that President Trump got rid of.

From CNBC:

Joe Biden, former vice president and 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful, said Friday he would bring back the individual mandate, the penalty for not having health insurance, which was a pillar of the Affordable Care Act.

“Yes, I’d bring back the individual mandate,” Biden said in an interview on CNN. The individual mandate would be popular now, “compared to what’s being offered,” he added.

Biden played an integral part in crafting the ACA, commonly known as Obamacare. However, President Donald Trump eliminated the individual mandate in 2017 by signing the Republican tax bill, effective the 2019 tax year.
