The fading presidential hopes of Democrat Joe Biden took yet another hit when the geriatric gaffe machine once again forgot what state that he was in.
The cringeworthy moment came during lunchbucket Joe’s stop at the world-famous Abby Finkenauer’s Fish Fry in Cedar Rapids on Saturday where the 76-year-old ex-veep had one of those embarrassing brain farts that have marked his soon to be doomed campaign.
Biden was delivering his standard stump speech when he tripped over his tongue:
“How many unsafe bridges you still have here in the state of Ohio?”
“I mean Iowa. I was just in Ohio because they have more”
This is a pattern with Joe Biden.

This time Biden quickly corrected himself by stating that he meant Iowa but the damage was already done.
At the fish fry in Cedar Rapids, Biden says he’s in Ohio instead of Iowa. Quickly corrects himself but I spotted some in the crowd shaking their heads.

It isn’t the first time that the old warhorse misremembered something or temporarily got mixed up as to his location, it happened previously when good old Joe was making his rounds in New Hampshire in August but spoke of how happy that he was to be in Vermont.

It is another in a mounting collection of slips that have elicited a horrifying realization from the Dem establishment that their sole “electable” candidate is senile and could be destined for the political extinction-level event of a fourth-place finish in the critical Iowa caucuses three months from now.

Joe Biden risks a humiliating third- or fourth-place finish in Iowa early next year, according to nearly a dozen senior Democrats in the state who attribute the prospect to what they see as a poorly organized operation that has failed to engage with voters and party leaders.
With fewer than 100 days until the Feb. 3 caucuses, Biden is failing to spend the time with small groups of voters and party officials that Iowans expect and his campaign’s outreach has been largely ineffective, according to 11 senior Democrats in the state. That could send Biden to a crippling loss behind Elizabeth Warren and Pete Buttigieg, who have highly organized campaigns in Iowa, said the Democrats, most of whom requested anonymity to speak candidly about the campaign.
Biden didn’t join the 2020 presidential race until April, months after his rivals had set up camp and secured the most sought-after hires. He entered as the front-runner, a position that has slowly eroded as Warren’s and Buttigieg’s standings have risen. Recent polls have Warren tied with Biden, and one survey shows Buttigieg in third place in the state.
If Biden continues to fade in the Hawkeye State where Elizabeth “Pochahontas’ Warren already clubbed him in the Iowa State Fair poll, Mayor Pete is surging and Bernie has his devoted cadre of
communists socialists then it could time to call in the dogs and piss on the fire for a campaign that was always overrated.
And if “working class Joe” doesn’t finish himself off, he has a massive corruption scandal over what went down in Ukraine when he was Obama’s point man to the former Soviet bloc country that may well do the trick.
Not looking good for Biden and his Dem opponents will look to exploit his troubles at the next big debate later this month.
