CNN talking head Chris Cuomo became a social media sensation in all the wrong ways when a video of him threatening a Trump supporter went viral.
Cuomo who is the younger brother of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo hasn’t been able to live up to the family’s political dynasty so he got a nice spot as a propagandist on CNN where he has little responsibility other than to be Don Lemon’s better half.
But when Cuomo was confronted by a Trump supporter who mocked him as “Fredo” the doomed dunce brother of Michael Corleone in “The Godfather” movies, it triggered him.
In the video, the CNN host threatens to go Sonny Corleone on the man in a profanity ridden tirade the culminated with a threat to throw him down the stairs.
WARNING: PROFANITY IN VIDEO BLOW:
A man in NY yesterday approached CNN's Chris Cuomo and called him "Fredo"
Cuomo: "You're going to have a problem"
Man: "What are you going to do about it?"
Cuomo: "I'll fuckin ruin your shit. I'll fucking throw you down these stairs"

“No, punk a** b**ches from the right call me Fredo. I’m an anchor on CNN. Fredo was on ‘The Godfather.’ He was the weak brother, and they use it as an Italian aspersion. Any of you Italian? It’s a f*cking insult to your people. It’s an insult to your f*cking people. It’s like the n-word for us. So, is that a cool f*cking thing?”
“You’re a much more reasonable guy in person than you seem to be on television,” the man said.
“If you want to play then we’ll f*cking play,” “If you got something you want to say about what I do on television than say it … You’re gonna have a big f*cking problem. It’s a little different on TV. Don’t f*cking insult me like that.”
The video predictably went viral, bringing much embarrassment and indignity to “Fredo” even has his own network ridiculously claimed that it was a slur comparable to the dreaded “N-word” but he had one prominent conservative defender.
Fox’s Sean Hannity went to bat for “Fredo” who was confronted while he was out with his family – something that never seems to bother liberals when they are accosting Trump supporters and media figures – but Hannity took the high road with his media counterpart.

Via The Hill:
Fox News host Sean Hannity is defending Chris Cuomo after a video surfaced showing the CNN host threatening to “f—ing throw” someone down the stairs for calling him “Fredo,” a fictional character from “The Godfather.”
“I say good for @ChrisCuomo,” Hannity wrote on Twitter late Monday. “He’s out with his 9 year old daughter, and his wife, and this guy is being a jackass in front of his family. Imho Chris Cuomo has zero to apologize for. He deserves the apology.”
Not everyone agreed with Hannity though:
Would Chris Cuomo be given a Red Flag for his recent rant? Filthy language and a total loss of control. He shouldn’t be allowed to have any weapon. He’s nuts!

Some were quick to point out the hypocrisy of the ginned-up outrage by the spin machine working to equate “Fredo” with a racial slur.
WOW, shocked at all the @CNN anchors & commentators who used the “racist” term “Fredo” to attack me!
Will CNN fire them for using a term that @CNNPR deemed an “ethnic slur” & @ChrisCuomo described as the same as the N word? Or is CNN ok with racist language on their network? pic.twitter.com/cyzgQ07U4s

Chris Cuomo faked his outrage.
In 2010, he referred to himself as ‘fredo’ in a radio interview.
It’s no wonder he works for the network that is #1 in fake news!

Adding insult to injury, the Trump campaign capitalized on Cuomo’s F-bomb laden meltdown to sell “Fredo Unhinged” t-shirts:

Thanks to his outburst, Chris Cuomo is forever going to be referred to as “Fredo” so the thin-skinned lesser brother of the Governor Cuomo had better get used to it because it’s going to stick to him like glue.
It is notable that those howling in outrage have had no similar qualms when socialist hate mobs were harassing Trump administration officials in public, surrounding their houses and in the case of Sarah Sanders, throwing her and her family out of a restaurant.
Hypocrisy is the coin of the realm on the political left.
