It’s none other than New York Senators Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand.

High-level Democrats said Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) may primary Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) or Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), according to a report.

Top Democrats reportedly told Axios that they expect the progressive and freshman Rep. Ocasio-Cortez to primary Sen. Schumer in 2022 or Sen. Gillibrand in 2024. Gillibrand continues to campaign for the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination, despite her low polling numbers across the country.

Ocasio-Cortez has made national fame for her primary victory against former Rep. Joe Crowley (D-NY), who was expected to one day hold a high-ranking House leadership position such as House speaker or House majority leader.

It was recently reported that Joe Crowley, the longtime New York Congressman who lost in the 2018 primaries to Ocasio-Cortez, had enough political dirt on AOC to defeat her but refused to push it because he thought he would win.

From Daily Caller:

Former Democratic Congressman Joe Crowley reportedly could have shoveled political dirt on current New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, but decided to say nothing about it.

Crowley, who was expected to win his congressional nomination with ease, lost in a stunning upset. He was either apparently confident during his race with Ocasio-Cortez that he didn’t think he needed to resort to mudslinging, or he didn’t think it was the right thing to do. He reportedly thought doing so would make him look unnecessarily desperate, according to a new book obtained by the New York Post. Crowley was even allegedly expecting to replace Democratic California Rep. Nancy Pelosi as the then-House minority leader.

“Crowley had plenty of fodder he could’ve used against Ocasio-Cortez, but his top New York campaign operatives decided to take the punches and not hit back,” Politico reporters Jake Sherman and Anna Palmer write in their new book, “The Hill to Die On.”

Sounds like Joe’s people had no clue what they were doing. Now, America is paying the price.

Now that Alabama Governor Kay Ivey (R) has signed into law what is being called the most restrictive abortion ban in the country, lefties are losing their minds.

This came after Georgia passed a similar bill.

Ocasio-Cortez is ticked off with conservatives, claiming this new law is all about controlling women.

VOTE NOW: Should Natural-Born Citizenship Be REQUIRED To Serve In Congress?

Abortion bans aren’t just about controlling women’s bodies.

They’re about controlling women’s sexuality. Owning women.

From limiting birth control to banning comprehensive sex ed, US religious fundamentalists are working hard to outlaw sex that falls outside their theology.

Ultimately, this is about women’s power.

When women are in control of their sexuality, it threatens a core element underpinning right-wing ideology: patriarchy.

It’s a brutal form of oppression to seize control of the 1 essential thing a person should command: their own body.

AOC got blasted:

Thankfully most people see through this tired rhetoric and recognize what’s obvious:

The right to control your body doesn’t include the right to take a human life. It’s that simple.

The world would make more sense to you if you understood that abortion restrictions, oppose them or support them, are really about the view that a fetus might be a child and therefore society has a duty to protect it. It’s not about control or even theology. It’s just about life.

No matter how you spin this, Alexandria, you are advocating for the systemic violence that destroys millions of innocent human lives. Almost 1M children are killed in the womb annually because of fear, coercion, & for many – sexual convenience. This isn’t freedom; it’s brutality.

Our control over our bodies doesn’t equal the right to kill a child. My sexual choices do not include a choice to kill.

Early 1st trimester—starves child to death
Other 1st + 2nd—suctions baby into pieces or uses forceps to dismember
3rd—lethal injection

So you’re saying women are nothing without the ability to sleep with anyone without consequence? Seems sexist. Also, government not paying for birth control is not limiting access, unless someone is such a loser they can’t afford a condom. If so, they shouldn’t be screwing anyone
