If there is one Republican who has firsthand experience of the left’s embrace of violence as a legitimate way to resolve political differences it is Rand Paul.
The senator from Kentucky was severely injured when he was the victim of a cowardly blindsided tackle by a neighbor while he was mowing his lawn last year and has been the recipient of numerous threats from loose cannons who have been incited by Democrats and the media.
One threat was from a leftist lunatic who said that he was going to chop up Senator Paul and his family with an ax and his family has since become so traumatized that his wife admitted to sleeping with a loaded gun.
Paul was also one of the members of the Republican congressional baseball team on that fateful June day in 2017 when a jacked-up on hate leftist stormed the practice field and attempted to massacre over a dozen members of Congress but was shot by law enforcement before he could pull it off. Nonetheless, Rep. Steve Scalise was gravely wounded during the attack.
Ever since James T. Hodgkinson was put down like the mad dog that he was, the media and Democrats have continued to egg on troubled minds and over the past months, America has witnessed the rise of hate mobs who confront conservatives in public and are hailed by “leaders” of the political left who will soon get someone killed.
Senator Paul has become increasingly vocal about the growing menace and on a Wednesday appearance on Fox & Friends, he divulged a very important detail that the media has buried about the man who nearly murdered him and his teammates.

Via The Daily Wire, “Rand Paul Reveals Media Hid Key Detail About GOP Baseball Attacker”:
Kentucky Republican Senator Rand Paul revealed on Wednesday that the media largely ignored a key detail from the attempted mass murder of Republican lawmakers last year at a baseball field in Virginia.
Appearing on Fox News’ “FOX & Friends,” Paul condemned the violent rhetoric of the political Left and the Democratic Party and warned that someone is going to end up getting killed if the inflammatory rhetoric doesn’t stop.
“I was there at the ball field when Steven Scalise almost died from a very, very angry violent man who was incited really by rhetoric on the left,” Paul said.
“And this hasn’t been reported enough, when he came on the field with a semi-automatic weapon firing probably close to 200 shots at us, shooting five people and almost killing Steve Scalise, he was yelling ‘this is for healthcare!” Paul said. “He also had a list of conservative legislators, Republicans, in his pocket that he was willing to kill.”
Before Brett Kavanaugh and before the illegal immigrant children at the border, there was the fearmongering about the Republicans undoing the screwjob that is Obamacare and the Dems and their mouthpieces spared no exaggeration that played to the emotions of the troubled.
That is what finally triggered Hodgkinson to take it upon himself to slaughter members of Congress as he shouted “this is for healthcare!” while spraying bullets at the Republicans.
The biggest lies from the media are the lies of omission and they are now circling the wagons to protect themselves from scrutiny over the human time bombs that they have helped to create.
As Paul said, an “assassination” is coming unless the left dials down their rhetoric.
