Hollywood liberals lost their minds on Tuesday night after President Donald Trump delivered his first address from the Oval Office.
Trump addressed the nation on Tuesday night to discuss the partial government shutdown and the need for strong border security.
During his speech, Trump told the nation, “Our Southern Border is a pipeline for vast quantities of illegal drugs – including meth, heroin, cocaine and fentanyl.”
“Every week, 300 of our citizens are killed by heroin alone – 90 percent of which floods across from our Southern Border. More Americans will die from drugs this year than were killed in the entire Vietnam War,” he said, in part.
It didn’t take long for left-wing Hollywood celebrities to attack Trump, accuse him of being anti-immigrant, and hurl a barrage of insults toward the president.
“I’m not watching how’s the stunted reading and nose breathing,” comedian Sarah Silverman wrote via Twitter.

“munchausensbyproxy We’re living it every day. It might be called something else; a person holds an entire nation hostage so that they will pay attention to him. What is that called?? Anyone??” Bette Midler ranted.

There were countless other celebrities who made similar comments, all of which were filled with anger toward the president for daring to want tougher immigration policies.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., went absolutely crazy while delivering a response to Trump’s address and said illegal aliens trying to enter the U.S. “are acting more in an American tradition” than Trump.
She also claimed Trump’s immigration policies, which a new poll found that a vast majority of Americans support, are “anti-American” and causing “death.”
In a matter of minutes, she called for ICE to be abolished, claimed illegal aliens are more American than Trump, and said the president’s immigration policies are “anti-American” and causing “death.”
Many applauded Trump for delivering a strong and compassionate speech to the nation on a hot topic issue.
“Every day, Customs and Border Patrol agents encounter thousands of illegal immigrants trying to enter our country,” Trump said, noting that Customs and Border Patrol apprehended roughly 50,000 people in 2018 trying to cross the border illegally.
Trump also slammed Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and other Democrats for previously supporting border barriers, yet they don’t know all of a sudden.
“Senator Chuck Schumer, who you will be hearing from later tonight, has repeatedly supported a physical barrier in the past, along with other Democrats,” Trump said.
