It’s not a coincidence that the same Obama lackey downplaying President Donald Trump’s upcoming meeting with North Korea also called the Benghazi terror attack old news.
Former President Barack Obama official Tommy Vietor sent out a snarky tweet on Thursday saying Trump meeting with Kim Jong Un wouldn’t be a major accomplishment.
“Why would the Trump administration announce this like it’s an accomplishment?” wrote the Former national Security Council spokesman. “It’s a conversation with a homicidal dictator not an invitation to the Met Gala.”

Perhaps Vietor is still upset that Obama is no longer in office or that Trump handily defeated former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.
In response to his incompetent tweet, National Review columnist Dan McLaughlin reminded Vietor that Obama met with Cuban dictator Raul Castro — twice.
Dude, Obama met with Raul Castro two years ago. https://t.co/D1IkIs2O9o

As many remember, Obama spent a large portion of his 2016 trip to Havana, Cuba rubbing shoulders with Cuban President Raul Castro.
Castro is not only the former communist death squad leader, he is responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent people.
While Vietor was desperate to attack Trump, he completely missed how important the meeting between the U.S. and North Korea would be.
On Thursday, the South Koreans revealed to the White House that the North Korean regime would be willing to make major concessions in order to have a face-to-face meeting with Trump.
North Korea agreed to denuclearize its program and end all missile tests to have the meeting, which was made possible by the crippling sanctions the U.S. has imposed on the regime.
Apparently that means nothing to Vietor, but a cringe worthy interview he had with Fox News in 2014 with host Bret Baier over the Benghazi attack encapsulates his thought process.
Vietor argued conservatives should simply get over Benghazi because it “was, like, two years ago.”
He also called Baier, “Dude.”
The American people don’t find anything humorous about the Obama administrations complicity in allowing four Americans to be killed during the Benghazi terrorist attack.
Vietor tried so hard to hit Trump he ended up missing and exposing himself in the process.
Aren’t you glad the Obama administration is no longer leading the nation?
