Former Vice President Joe Biden suffered a total melt down this week and it may have a big effect on his 2020 presidential campaign.
While speaking at a rally on Monday, Biden’s brief 27-minute speech was packed with embarrassing slurs and incoherent sentences.
According to Grabien News, “almost every sentence was peppered with verbal stumbles.”
Biden began by thanking his political allies for showing up to the event, but couldn’t remember where they were from.
“I want to thank Rich Fitzgerald,” Biden said. “The county executive for the blalaladany… the Allegheny County executive for being here.”
It only got worse from there.
America “wasn’t built by Wall Street bankers, CEOs, and huh… hudg… hedge fund managers,” Biden attempted to say, stumbling through what was likely supposed to be an easy speech.
“If the enterprise and… uh… times took a hit,” he said at one point to a silent crowd.
“Right today, the shame is happening in hosh… big hospital systems,” Biden slurred at another point.
Biden’s speech was largely incoherent and overrun with slurred words.
Biden’s 2020 campaign hasn’t gotten off to the best start.
Biden told supporters during a conference call last week that that he decided to launch his 2020 presidential campaign because “world leaders begged” him to “save the world” and run against President Donald Trump.
“I get calls from people all over the world. World leaders are calling me, and they’re almost begging me to do this, to save the country, save the world,” Biden reportedly said.
Biden’s desperate comments came after a recently resurfaced video from 2014 shows the former vice president arguing that illegal aliens are already “American citizens.”
While speaking at an event for the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in March 2014, Biden asserted that the roughly 11 million immigrants who broke the law to illegally enter the United States are “already American citizens.”
“You know, 11 million people live in the shadows. I believe they’re already American citizens,” Biden said.
“These people are just waiting, waiting for a chance to contribute fully. And by that standard, 11 million undocumented aliens are already Americans, in my view,” he added.
Biden, who was serving as the vice president in 2014, also said he voted for former President Ronald Reagan’s “amnesty” bill that granted legal residency to millions of illegal aliens in 1986.
The resurfaced video from 2014 comes as Biden has announced that he is officially running for president.
This marks the third time Biden has run for president, where he failed to secure the Democratic nomination in 1988 and 2008.
Maybe a third time will be the charm for Creepy Joe — or maybe he will lose big league to President Trump.
