Netflix is learning the hard way that signing Barack and Michelle Obama to a massive contract could be a disastrous mistake.
As noted by BizPac Review, Netflix announced last week that it has finalized a massive deal with the Obamas to produce films, television shows, and educational videos.
This series provides the Obamas with the opportunity to remain very active in political and cultural issues — meaning they will likely criticize President Donald Trump and Republicans while trying to remain the top voice for Democrats.
While liberals claim the show will highlight “inspirational stories,” many are seeing though the facade.
This series will give the Obamas plenty of chances to remain very active in political and cultural issues.
Following news that the former first family inked the massive deal, many social media users were outraged and said they were cancelling their Netflix subscriptions.

So the Obama’s are going to work for Netflix. Good. Maybe they will lose interest in their deep state dealings and let America recover from their 8 years in office. I cancelled Netflix when Susan Rice got hired. That may be a great place for all Obama cronies. Happy Trails!

I wonder how much of the money Barack and Michelle Obama will be getting from Netflix will be given to the poor African Americans Obama promised to help as President. My guess is $0.

Maybe Netflix arranged for the Iranian mullahs to send back a few pallets of our US taxpayers' cash that Obama send to them under cover of darkness.

While the series gives the liberal media another opportunity to fawn over the former first family, many Americans realize this is another way for the Obamas to stay relevant.
The show will undoubtedly be used to levy attacks against the GOP and Trump, and will revisit topics that were dire to his presidency — immigration, health care, voting rights, climate change.
As many are enjoying the idea of Obama no longer in politics, he comes creeping back in.
If the boycott and anger from many Americans continues to intensify, it could be very bad for Netflix.
