MSNBC anchor Lawrence O’Donnell used the funeral of the late President George H.W. Bush to disgustingly claim that no one will speak kindly about President Donald Trump at his funeral.
During a segment Wednesday night on MSNBC, O’Donnell spoke about the state funeral at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C for Bush and the kind words that many said about the late president.
O’Donnell went on to claim that during the service, Trump was only thinking about “drowning in the countless humiliations he has brought upon himself as president.”
The MSNBC host then read several quotes from the state funeral and claimed those comments will never be made about Trump at his funeral.
“When Donald Trump’s time comes and he is being remembered by people gathered in a cathedral, no one — not one person — will step up to a microphone and say he never hated anyone,” O’Donnell grossly predicted.
“No one will step up and say he was the most decent and honorable person [they] ever met,” he continued.
“No one will say he was one of nature’s nobleman,” he added. “No one will say that.”
O’Donnell then called Trump “the most ignorant president in history” after suggesting no one will have anything nice to say about the current president at his own funeral.
“Donald Trump had to sit in that front row today with the other presidents, with Donald Trump drowning in the countless humiliations he has brought upon himself as president — including recurring proofs that he is the most ignorant president in history,” O’Donnell disgusting claimed.
As abhorrent and despicable as O’Donnell’s comments were, this is hardly the first time he’s suffered a complete meltdown during his show.
Over the summer, O’Donnell appeared to drop an F-bomb during his show after playing a video clip of White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
O’Donnell was covering a segment on the child migrant “crisis” at the border, where he predictably blamed Trump for enforcing zero-tolerance immigration laws.
O’Donnell played a clip of Sanders taking questions during the White House press briefing about some children being separated from their parents at the southern border.
When the camera came back to O’Donnell, he appeared to say, “F**k,” before letting out a huge sigh.
Late last year, an eight-minute clip of O’Donnell scorched across social media.
The clip montage showed the MSNBC host dropping numerous curse words, using the Lord’s name in vain, complained about hearing “f**king stupid hammering” in his earpiece, and melted down over his staff for not having everything in the exact way he wanted it.
And now O’Donnell believes Trump is the most ignorant president and that no one will speak kindly about him at his funeral.
