Twice failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who narrowly escaped several investigations by the FBI for deleting over 33,000 government emails from her private server, is calling for the bureau to investigate Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Of course, Twitter users roasted her for being a total hypocrite.
During an interview Friday on CBS’ “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” Clinton began discussing Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who claimed Kavanaugh could have “inadvertently killed” her during a party in the early 1980s. She alleges that Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed and groped her while she was wearing a bathing suit.
Kavanaugh has vehemently denied the allegations and Ford has come under serious fire for having shaky “evidence.” Several of the people Ford claims were in the room at the alleged party have also come forward, saying they did not witness Kavanaugh do any of the things Ford alleges he did.
Colbert, a self-described liberal and Never-Trumper, asked Clinton about Merrick Garland, who was nominated by former President Barack Obama just prior to the 2016 presidential election, but was never voted on in the Senate because lawmakers said the winner of the election should be able to determine who nominated someone to fill the vacancy.
Clinton launched into a never-ending diatribe, smearing the GOP and President Donald Trump.
“It’s one of the reasons that I think a lot of Americans are just fed up with the whole political process. Because, In a democracy you have to have at least enough trust to be able to work with each other and solve difficult problems. When the Republicans refuse to give a distinguished judge appointed by President Obama even the courtesy of meetings, let alone a hearing, that sent such a terrible message.”
“Now, what they’ve done in this case is to hold back information, they have not provided all the information, which was always made available for other nominees, and they’re trying to rush this through to the detriment of the American public, who deserves to have answers to whatever charges might be presented.”
Clinton then called on the FBI to investigate the 36-year-old charge against Kavanaugh.
“I’m hoping that at some point there will be an agreement to have an investigation. It would be very easy for the FBI to go back and finish the background investigation, to investigate these charges. And, you know maybe find out there’s nothing to them, maybe find out there is something to them. But, at least have that investigation completed. I think that’s a fair request for due process to be asked for.”
“Have an investigation, it won’t take that long. Let the investigation go forward, present it and then go from there.”
Twitter users excoriated Clinton, with many noting how she never called for a similar investigation into herself or her husband, who has been accused by numerous women of sexual assault and was impeached in the House for lying about his affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.
She’s talking about somebody else’s sexual assault again.

Sure thing #CrookedHillary, I hope they do as thorough an investigation as they did on you.

Hillary directing demands to her Deep State friends inside the FBI to arrange another Frame against Kavanaugh as she did Trump and out in the open where she can thumb her nose at all of us. Rosenstein is probably hard at it already. I can see him now Kavanaugh found to have …..

The story surrounding Kavanaugh has been dominating media coverage, and there have been new developments almost daily.
Kavanaugh strongly denies the allegations, and several of the witnesses Ford claimed were in the room have publicly stated they never witnessed what Ford alleges happened.
Both Ford and Kavanaugh are scheduled to testify on Thursday about the alleged incident. Ford, who claims to only vaguely remember the party, finally agreed to speak with lawmakers after trying to use every excuse in the book to avoid testifying.
It’s also quite amazing to see Clinton — who the FBI admitted broke the law by sending and receiving classified information on her private, unsecured email server — demand the bureau launch a probe into allegations that are nearly four decades old and there are no witnesses.
She couldn’t be more of a hypocrite if she tried.
