After President Donald Trump visited the U.S.-Mexico border late last week, he delivered a bold 5-word bombshell to illegal aliens.
On Friday, the president held a round table meeting with Border Patrol agents and military officials at the El Centro sector in Calexico, California.
The president made a handful of powerful comments, but his 5-word bombshell to migrant caravans and illegal aliens trying to enter the U.S. set the tone: “We can’t take you anymore.”
“The system is full whether its asylum, whether its illegal immigration, our country is full, our area is full, the sector is full, we can’t take you anymore,” Trump said. “I’m sorry, so turn around, that’s the way it is.”
Trump went on to explain that Democrats are outright refusing to allocate money for the border wall, which would help Border Patrol agents tremendously in combating illegal immigration.
“The wall is like pulling teeth, it’s pretty tough,” he said.
The Army Corps of Engineers predicted that about 450 miles of wall, almost one third of the total distance of the southern border, would be constructed by 2020.
He urged Congress to work on a plan to eliminate the loopholes exploited by immigrants from Central America.
“It’s bad. Whether it’s catch and release or the visa lottery. So many of them. Chain migration. Total disaster,” Trump said. “The asylum laws are broken. I inherited this stuff. We’re going to get it fixed. We have to.”
President Trump: “The system is full. We can't take you anymore. Whether it's asylum or anything you want—illegal immigration—we can't take you anymore. Our country is full. Our area is full. The sector is full. Can't take you anymore. Sorry… turn around" pic.twitter.com/AxaG8IsMJc

This comes after Customs and Border Patrol as well as the Department of Homeland Security have been experiencing an unprecedented wave in migration from Central America.
In January 2019, nearly 60,000 migrants were apprehended at the southern border.
February only got worse, with nearly 80,000 apprehensions.
However, March has been the worst month by far with over 103,000 apprehensions.
That’s nearly a quarter of a million migrants in just the first three months of this year alone. At this rate, Border Patrol agents are on pace to apprehend over one million illegal aliens at the U.S. border by the end of this year.
“#CBP is currently experiencing an unprecedented and unsustainable situation at the Southwest border—a border security and humanitarian crisis. In March, CBP apprehended or deemed inadmissible 103,492 individuals along the SWB,” CBP wrote in a tweet with a graphic on how many apprehensions have taken place.

And Democrats still have the nerve to say there’s no crisis at the border and a wall would be “pointless.”
The Border Patrol Union president recently came out and said that we are in the midst of the “worst crisis in border patrol history.”
Something has to be done to stop this and address the issue of immigration, and Democrats could not care less.
