A new report suggests that at least three more Republicans are planning to challenge President Donald Trump, but one name in particular will infuriate many people.
One America News Network host Jack Posobiec tweeted on Tuesday that sources told him that Larry Hogan, John Kasich, and Mitt Romney are considering running in the GOP primary against Trump in 2020.

So far, only one candidate has officially announced that they are challenging Trump in the 2020 primary.
Last week, former Massachusetts governor Bill Weld announced on CNN that he’s going to take on Trump, but admitted he likely stands no chance.
Any Republican challenging Trump in the 2020 Republican primary isn’t going to sit well with many Americans, but Romney reportedly considering such action will certainly infuriate a lot of people.
Romney has been backstabbing and attacking Trump since he won his Senate race in Arizona late last year.
In fact, Romney attacked Trump a few days ago following the release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report and claimed that he was “horrified” by what he had read.
Maybe Romney is trying to position himself now as the anti-Trump candidate to run against the president next year.
Hogan told The Washington Examiner that he is stepping up preparations for a 2020 White House bid as he moves slowly toward challenging Trump in the Republican primary.
“I am taking it more seriously and doing more things. We’re having discussions,” Hogan said.
“Hogan was reelected overwhelmingly in the midterm elections, becoming the second Republican governor in history to win a second term in deep-blue Maryland. That feat, in the midst of a rebuke of Trump that cost the GOP control of the House of Representatives and one Senate seat, each, in Arizona and Nevada, inspired opponents of the president inside the Republican Party to recruit Hogan to take him on,” the Examiner reported.
Former Republican Ohio Gov. John Kasich also has not ruled out a 2020 run against Trump in the primary.
During an interview with CNN, Kasich argued that Sen. Bernie Sanders is “too extreme” and can’t win the 2020 presidential election.
“Bernie Sanders isn’t going to be president. It’s just not gonna happen,” Kasich said. “I’ve just gotta call them like I see them. … He’s too far to the left. He’s just way out there. That is not where people are.”
“The question is, can they pick somebody for ’20 who is not going to be extreme? Because their base is, like, they’re way out there. And that’s not going to work for them,” Kasich said.
The former governor said “everything is tribal right now,” and that it would take something “really exciting” for a candidate to win.
Time will tell if any of these three attempt to challenge Trump in the Republican primary, but they likely have about a zero percent chance of defeating the president.
