Cohen Claims He Didn’t Want Job In White House, Here’s Proof That He’s LYING

Michael Cohen was busted several times on Wednesday telling veritably false statement before Congress.

During a hearing before the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Cohen, who is going to prison in two months after admitting to lying to federal prosecutors and Congress, testified about his relationship with President Donald Trump.

While being questioned, Cohen testified that he never wanted a job in the White House after Trump won the presidential election.

As noted by The New York Times, certainly not a friendly outlet to the president, published a detailed report indicating that Cohen did want a job in the White House and was very upset when Trump never offered him a job.

Here’s the Times report from May 2018 detailing how Cohen absolutely wanted a job in the White House and was mad when Trump never gave him one.

After paying off a pornographic film actress and doing other tasks to help his boss win the presidency, Michael D. Cohen was surprised to find that the doors to the White House were mostly closed to him.

Mr. Cohen did not land a hoped-for job in President Trump’s administration — he imagined himself as chief of staff — and in January last year he left the Trump Organization, where he had long served as the in-house fixer without a clear portfolio. But he managed to turn what looked like an exile into a lucrative opportunity.

In his opening remarks, Cohen accidentally delivered a major blow to liberal claims of alleged Russia collusion.

In his nearly 30-minute opening statement, Cohen actually admitted that he had never seen and does not have any proof of Trump colluding with Russia during the 2016 presidential election.

“NEW: ‘The questions have been raised whether I know of direct evidence that Mr. Trump or his campaign colluded with Russia. I do not,’ Michael Cohen just said…” wrote Henry Rodger, a reporter with The Daily Caller who quoted Cohen.

Cohen literally admitted in his opening remarks that there’s no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion.

Several other prominent conservatives took to Twitter on Wednesday morning to point out other lies and false statements made by Cohen in his remarks.

And, ironically enough, Cohen actually provided solid testimony exonerating Trump.

Cohen has admitted to lying to federal prosecutors and Congress and is headed to prison in a few months.

Cohen even admitted on Wednesday morning, under oath, that he lied several times and is aware that there are serious issues surrounding his credibility.

And, perhaps unintentionally, Cohen admitted there’s no evidence that Trump directed him to lie, no proof of Trump-Russia collusion during the election, and lied twice in his opening remarks.
