Camping World CEO tells Trump supporters to shop elsewhere…then BACKTRACKS after NASCAR racer threatens to cancel $150,000 order

Over the past few days, Camping World CEO Marcus Lemonis basically gave Trump supporters the boot after President Trump’s comments about Charlottesville.

During an interview with CNBC, Lemonis had this to say when asked about the Presidents comments:

There’s no doubt that there is probably not many consumers in this country today that are in favor of what has been said in the last couple days — and if they are, frankly, don’t shop at my business.

Upon hearing these remarks, big time Trump supporter & NASCAR racer Mark Martin posted to Twitter that he was going to CANCEL a $150,000 order at Camping world.

“First thing in the morning I will be canceling my order for $150,000 RV I have ordered. Leave politics out of it”, Martin tweeted along with a link to Lemons’ comments.

Here is a screenshot of that tweet:

Once Lemonis saw this news, he PANICKED and desperately called Mark Martin to apologize. Sadly, it appears that Martin is keeping his order with Camping World, which is a terrible decision in our point of view:

So basically, Lemonis got freaked out because he was about to lose a huge $150,000 deal and he got on his knees to beg Martin to keep his order in place.

Afterwards, Lemons BACKTRACKED on a live Persicope, saying his remarks were “out of context”:

Sorry, but you can see the quotes yourself from CNBC and realize he meant EXACTLY what he said.

If you’re a camper, I’d stick to Bass Pro Shops, because the CEO of Camping World HATES President Trump.
