The obstruction from Christine Ford’s Lawyers continues, they won’t hand over important therapy notes and polygraph data until the FBI schedules an interview with her.
In a letter to Chairman Grassley, the Katz, Marshall, & Banks law firm representing Ford responded “Regarding the documents you have requested in your letter of October 2, 2018, Dr. Ford is prepared to provide those documents to the FBI when she is interviewed. We have not yet heard from the FBI about scheduling an interview with her.”

Fox News analyst Brit Hume tweeted, “Worth remembering that for all the talk of the FBI’s supplemental background check, the Constitution confers authority to advise and consent on the Senate and only the Senate. Refusal to provide info to the committee is striking.”

It’s not secret: the whole goal of the Democrats all along has been to delay the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh until after the midterms.
The therapy notes and polygraph have played a central role to the defense of Ford. She claims she spoke of the abuse during a couples therapy session in 2012. Christine Ford also noted that her therapist actually got the notes wrong.
During her testimony, she couldn’t remember if she gave her therapy notes to the Washington Post a month ago.
In addition, her polygraph examination is in major question.
As we previously reported about the polygraph:
Ford has come under fire for a recent revalation from a ex-boyfriend. The long-time former boyfriend, who claims he dated Ford in the early 1990s, said he witnessed Ford coaching her “life-long best friend,” Monica McLean, about how to pass a polygraph test.
The man said he witnessed Ford preparing McLean for her polygraph test around the same time the woman had been interviewing for jobs with the FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Another bombshell we reported yesterday from Sean Davis of The Federalist, Dr. Ford was the co-author of a 2008 study that – get this – examined the use of ” hypnosis to “assist in the retrieval of important memories” and to “create artificial situations” for treatment.
Things aren’t looking good for Christine Ford and the Democrats at the moment.
Do you think the whole goal is obstruction?
