Alyssa Milano Compares Trump Voters To KKK; Says MAGA Hats Are The New “White Hoods”

Far-left Hollywood actress Alyssa Milano compared Trump voters to the Ku Klux Klan and said the red “Make America Great Again” hats are the new “white hoods.”

On Sunday, Milano responded to the viral video of several Covington Catholic High School students and a Native American activist at the March for Life in Washington, D.C., on Friday.

Several far-left Twitter users took the video out of context and spread false claims over the weekend that the students, who were wearing red “MAGA” hats, were harassing the Native American man.

Despite additional videos showing that to be untrue, Milano smeared millions of Americans who support Trump and equated those who wear the red hats to racist members of the Ku Klux Klan.

“The red MAGA hat is the new white hood. Without white boys being able to empathize with other people, humanity will continue to destroy itself,” Milano wrote.

Milano took part in the all-out media smear campaign of Covington Catholic High School students, specifically Nick Sandmann, who Native American activist Nathan Phillips accused of “threatening” him at the march.

Should Ruth Bader Ginsburg finally retire?

As more videos emerged, it became clear that Sandmann did nothing wrong at all while Phillips was aggressively hammering his drum in the students’ faces.

Breitbart News reported:

Phillips also told the Washington Post “he felt threatened by the teens and that they swarmed around him.” But the full video makes it clear he had approached the students, who were already there, rather than the other way around.

The Gateway Pundit also pointed out that Phillips had been involved in similar confrontations before.

Despite the video being debunked and many admitting that Sandmann did nothing wrong, Milano smeared Trump supporters and claimed that anyone who wears the red “MAGA” hats is comparable to Ku Klux Klan members who wear white hoods over their heads.

Below is the video evidence proving that the Native American protester approached them:

In a detailed Twitter thread, Rep. Thomas Massie, R-KY, had this to say about the Catholic teens from his state:

I was uncomfortable when I saw the video & description that first went viral, so I understand the initial reactions to the CovCath video. I chose to wait for more facts before responding because the narrative did not match what I know to be the character of these students.

The honorable and tolerant students of Covington Catholic School came to DC to advocate for the unborn and to learn about our nation’s Capitol. What they got was a brutal lesson in the unjust court of public opinion and social media mobs.

I’ve now watched over an hour of other videos from 4 different cameras of the incident in front of the Lincoln Memorial. I urge everyone to watch the other videos before passing judgement. Would you have remained that composed at that age under those circumstances?

In the face of racist and homosexual slurs, the young boys refused to reciprocate or disrespect anyone. Even when taunted by homophobic bigots, which was obviously bewildering to them, they insulted no one.

In the context of everything that was going on (which the media hasn’t shown) the parents and mentors of these boys should be proud, not ashamed, of their kids’ behavior. It is my honor to represent them.

Despite all of this, Milano and her liberal allies wasted little time smearing the students and Trump supporters as racists.
