After Backing Down In Feud With Hannity, Kimmel Gets Hit With Some Bad News

After backing down in his feud against Fox News host Sean Hannity, late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel just got hit with some more bad news.

According to TV By the Numbers, ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” has only averaged 2.31 million viewers.

There are roughly 330 million people in the entire county, meaning less than one percent watch Kimmel’s show.

In other words, he not only lost his feud with Hannity on Twitter last week, the new ratings for March reveal he is the least popular late-night television host.

His anti-Trump jokes and segments aren’t working, and appear to be turning more and more viewers away from his show.

As noted by TV By The Numbers, here’s eight other shows that have higher ratings than Kimmel:

  • Hannity (Fox News) – 2.9 million viewers
  • Tucker Carlson Tonight (Fox News) – 2.6 million viewers
  • Fixer Upper Special (HGTV) – 2.960 million viewers
  • Family Feud (syndicated) – 2.7 million viewers
  • Jersey Shore: Family Vacation (MTV) – 2.55 million viewers
  • The Talking Dead (AMC) – 2.37 million viewers
  • Judge Judy (syndicated) – 2.4 million viewers

That’s right — Jersey Shore, Judge Judy, and Family Feud are watched more than Kimmel’s anti-Trump, unfunny show.

The bad news comes on the heels of a major petition from I Love My Freedom, where we are calling on Americans to boycott Kimmel’s show.

On Tuesday, the petition was just shy of 201,000 signatures after setting a goal last week of just 50,000 signatures.

The petition was created after Kimmel mocked First Lady Melania Trump last week for her accent and insulted her role in the White House.

Hannity spent the entire week slamming Kimmel on Twitter, calling him out for his history of making offensive jokes, and forced him into issuing an apology.

Things continue to get worse for Kimmel, and the petition demanding a boycott against his low-rated show has gone viral.
